4. Deposits, Payments & Billing

Website Maintenance & Hosting: For ongoing website support, security updates, and hosting, clients may opt for a monthly or annual plan.

AI Chatbots & Automation: Businesses using advanced chatbots, SMS/email automation, and integrations will have a monthly service fee based on selected features.

Social Media Management: Content creation, scheduling, and engagement across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) will be billed as a monthly retainer.

Late Payments: A 5% late fee will apply to overdue invoices after a 7-day grace period.

5. Contract Terms & Service Cancellation

Access & Licensing: Clients subscribing to SWAS (Software with a Service) will receive access to marketing automation tools, CRM, and lead generation systems.

Usage Restrictions: SWAS is exclusive to the client’s business and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared.

Service Suspension: Non-payment may result in temporary suspension of SWAS access until dues are cleared.

Ongoing Platform Updates: SWAS is regularly updated for security, performance, and compliance enhancements.
7. Refund & Dispute Resolution

No Guarantee Policy: While our services are optimized for growth, we do not guarantee specific results such as revenue increases or lead generation.

Dispute Resolution: Any billing or service disputes must be raised within 14 days of the invoice date. If unresolved, disputes will follow California’s legal mediation process before legal action.
